The other one is 4.0-liter V6 that produces 236hp and 266 lb-ft. of torque with a six-speed manual transmission or a five-speed automatic. Energetic response is a plus point of the Tacoma's V-6 engine when it teams with a five-speed automatic transmission. When properly equipped, a Tacoma can tow up to 6,500 pounds.
